Document Required to Attached in Case of Increase the Share Capital Of Company by Passing The Ordinary Resolution .Will It necessary to attached the Altered MOA In such Case .Will Resolution Passed In General Meeting is not enough in such Case?

Notice, resolution, altered MOA and altered AOA should be attached with e-form23.

Certified copy of Ordinary Resolution and altered copy of MOA need to be attached with form 5.
In case of alteration of articles as well:
Certified copy of Special Resolution and Altered copy of MOA & AOA need to be attached with form 5 and form 23 need to be filed.
