tin number is esential on all TAX INVOICES. If your restaurant is collecting VAT, it needs to print TIN on the invoice.

it is always necessary to mention TIN number in Invoice when you are Have taken TIN number , in your Case it is mandatory to Mention TIN number and Service Tax Number both applicable to be mention on invoice.
