please any boby help on below case.
we are setting up a new Plant which to be produce the Excisable goods.
we have to applied for Excise registration.
at presently at the Site some Febraction & Erection work doing by the Contractors & Suppliers.
Kindly advice us that any excise liability to be incurred or not for the above Febraction work.

14 June 2010 Firsly, Intimate to Excise with a kind letter and a ground plan mentioning the starting of Erection work at site.
Apply for the Excise Registration following "SACER" process, you will be registered in Excise within 08 days.
Please note, Fabrication work within the premises are amounts to manufacturer and attracts duty liability.
So, do the needful urgently.
