Regarding TDS on purchase goods

07 February 2022 I want to clarify about TDS for purchasing goods. Suppose my turnover is less than 5 CR in the current and last financial year. And sold goods to one client of RS for 3 CR or more during this year, so my question is. Is it mandatory for my customer to deduct TDS?
