Regarding TDS deduction of payment to Packers & Movers

Dear Experts
We have shifted our office in new location and hired a Packers and Movers for this. Kindly suggest whether TDS is to be deducted or not. If TDS be deduct, then under which section and what will be rate. Further this packers and movers is registered under pct. Ltd. as owner has said.

TDS applicable u/s 194C at 2%.
