whether TDS is deducted from salary before considering the Rebate under section 87A? Actually my tax liability come to rs 564 so whether TDS going to be deducted from my salary or not if deducted than whether rebate u/s 87A will not be consider At the time of deduction ?

TDS can be deducted after considering Rebate u/s 87A
So in your case TDS may not be required to deduct, if deducted you may claim the same by filing income tax return
