can any one help me regarding of tds returns

can we file the TDS returns of an individual whose income from comission and salary for past 4 years.if yes what was the procedure for filing of returns of TDS. and what was the necessary documents required for filing ofTDS returns.

27 July 2014 I think you want to know about Income Tax return and not TDS return.

Now income tax return can be filed only for AY 13-14 and AY 2014-15. Return of earlier years are time barred.
