what is the basic distinction between 194C contract and and clause of rent.
suppose a assessee is taken a premise for rendering his bike and amount which clause is attracted.

Sec.194I is apply on renting land & Buildings, furniture, Plant & Machinery & equipment.
Since bike is not covered this category, it will be covered under contract u/s.194C
