Regarding tallying balance sheet upto finalization

21 August 2017 Dear sir,
i am facing some difficulties in tallying balnce sheet upto finalization of the co where i work. and also getting difference in opening balances in balance sheet. and as i already checked each entry has been recorded but still opening bal diff is showing of rs 5.63lakh
plz give me ur advice and all usefull tips through which i can able to solve my issue easily.

21 August 2017 you can never get difference provided you check each schedule in the balance sheet which is audited last year

You check your Op.Bal figures once again as per balance sheet...

Where you put the opening balance...? Any software...?

21 August 2017 Actually in last yr tally balance sheet also it is showing difference in opening bal of rs 2.59,lakhs

21 August 2017 Your p&l Balance would not be properly adjusted or carried over to that extent ask the hard copy of audited balance sheet and proceed thats it

21 August 2017 You check "Profit & Loss" Ledger once again. Bcoz, It have last year profit figure in opening balance... If any amount in PandL Ledger then you delete that one....
