I am using tally 9 , I want to ask you that, is it possible to Copy only purchase & sales ledger to another company?

Yes, its possible.
First open the destination company, and then without closing earlier, open source co. on same tally screen.
Just open multi-ledger alteration in company from where you want to copy ledgers.
Press F3 key press ctrl + A.
