06 April 2011 1)Is the value of goods charged to nil rate of duty to be included while calculating turnover of 400 lakhs like the value of goods exempt from duty?

2)can somebody clarify the treatment of branded goods in case of SSI exemption?

i have received one reply and i am thankful to the respondent but the answer is not really inline with the query.Kindly if any one can put in some more light.

07 April 2011 General ssi exemption 400lacs but
For redymade garment ssi exemption if turnover 8.90 cr on mrp base,then this yr 3.5 cr turnover under exemption limit.
