Dear Sir,
I am working in automobile sector as an accountant just want to know the interstate and intrastate tax liability with regarding to services provided for car repairing and parts supply for the same.
Whether to charge the registered person according to your car registered or the place where the services provided in an automobile sector????

The service provide in Your place then the Supply of Services treat as Intra State supply. Charge CGST and SGST...

Place of service shall be as per the default rule -
if the person is registered then location of the recipient
if the recipient is not registered then i) the location of the recipient where there is address on records exists orelse ii) location of supplier
if the person is registered then location of the recipient
if the recipient is not registered then i) the location of the recipient where there is address on records exists orelse ii) location of supplier

In case supply required presence of goods then place of supply is place where goods are situated at tym of services.
