Regarding setoff procedure

08 February 2016 Dear Members, I want to ask a query regarding set off rules. I have secured exemption in one subject in CA-Final grp2 & now I'm preparing for both grps. Is setoff rules will be applicable if I secure more than 200 marks in grp2 and excess marks will apply for making up total of grp1 to 200 ?

12 February 2016 i am sure on my answer,when u attend both groups inter group adjustment possible even u secured exemptions in it,
