What are the document required for Service Tax registration for a Pvt Ltd. Company and what is registration procedure ?
The company has two director .

You need to first register with the service tax for getting username and password.
then you need to Fill form ST1 . after filling and submitting Form ST1 online, the following documnts are needed :
1. MOA, AOA & COI
2. PAN card copy
3. Resolution for Directors authorised signatory
4. Bank Statement for last 6 months
