29 November 2011 1]If i select articleship in BIG firms were there is lots of work till late night is there is a chances of clearing CA finals with flying colours?

2}should i stick to small firms?

3]what is the importance of articleship to become a complete professional?and whether small firms are not able to do this?

it would be a bit tuff to pass ca final with flying colours while working with BIG ca firm. So u may join some medium size firm.

articleship is very imp for your growth. It will help u to deal with real time professional situations. It will help u to learn the following:

1. how to handle clients.
2. how to handle your sub-ordinates
3. how to handle pressure situations.
4. How to implement ur knowledge in practical life.
