Is a construction co. (pvt ltd)receive advance from relative of directors for sale of flat? Is this company pay amount to relative of director for job charges by deducting tax?

01. Yes, the construction company may receive ADVANCE from the above cited transaction.
02. TDS be done on the job charges paid to such a person subject to, however, the limits specified in the respective sections.
