Under what grounds, scrutiny may b possible..if a person is going to purchase a commercial property & he comes under the slab of 150000-250000[male but not senior citizen]

If he can prove that he has enough money savings to purchase the property, no one can question the source and thereby the scrutiny is not required at all.
It the department has the information that one has spent beyond his declared income level the department may call for records and scrutinise the same.
