I am engaged in plastic manufacturing and reprocessing and already obtained Gat no. On that business now I want to surgical business trading item shall I do in same GST NO. Place of supply is same as of plastic business. HSN CODE IS DIFFER..??

Yes you can do the surgical trading business in the same GST number.

No issue, only add the hsn of goods in your gst registration. If already 5 goods add in your gst registration, there is no availability to add 6th goods. In such case intimate your cgst range and division office and file amendment in non core field as trading.
