07 February 2016 Hi sir My self Mr. shrihari Pise i want to fill my IT for AY 2016-17 after financial year end i have income from salary as well as private tuition classes and also Paypal income so which ITR form correct for me and which head is correct for tuition classes & Paypal Income in the group of business or professions i need to know so, Please guide me My mail ID is shripise84@gmail.com

07 February 2016 ITR 4 is applicable for m for you.paypal and tution income taxable under business income.you may use no accounts maintained coloumn in sl. 51 of sheet p&l in ITR 4,if no books of accounts maintainED

choose Professional others 0607

you can directly disclose gross receipts and netprofit in itr4 sheet p&L no accounts maintained coloumn,no.51
