DEAR SIR,
IS THERE ANY DELAY IN ARTICLESHIP REGISTRATION DATE IN CASE OF LATE PAYMENT OF ARTICLESHIP FEES????????
FROM WHICH DATE ARTICLESHIP COMMENCED???
WHETHER DATE MENTIONED ON ARTICLESHIP FORM OR DATE OF PAYMENT OF FEES

Date mentioned in articleship shall consider for the date of commencement of articleship. If the articleship registration forms i.e 102 & 103 not send to the institute for registration of articleship with one month from the date of commencement of articleship institute levy penalty for late submission based on the period of late as well as it request for the proof for payment of stipend and other documents which proves you are undergoing of articleship since the date you mentioned etc... it will be required based on the period of late submission.
Generally institute requiring Rs.100 penalty for late submission of forms upto 6 months and not requiring any other proofs if it is beyond 6 months it may levy heavy penalty and ask for evidence of stipend payment. Till now i didn't saw anybody who send their 102 & 103 late by minimum of 6 months.
