I want to know the procedure for include any service in my business ?
what are the documents that are required to be filled with ST-1 form?
Whether ST-2 is giving compulsorily in the service tax department with ST-1?

06 January 2016 U just have to file the online amendment application afterwards u would have to submit the original st-2 with acknowledgement of amendment ur application will be approve online and u would be issued amended st-2 online itself.

06 January 2016 I have done online amendment application but would i submit original copy of Form ST-2 in service tax department?

06 January 2016 Yes u would have to submit the original st-2 with all id documents and constitution of business.It is advised to first wait for online amended st-2 then u should submit the original st-2 to department as online st-2 is itself treated as original one. so you would be in safe position.

06 January 2016 Yes every amendment can be done through online.
