is there any requirement for power of attorney for incorporating new company now a days??/

Hi
Earlier, it was required but now for incorporating a new company it is not required to submit with ROC. You will keep it for a record purpose.
Power of Attorney is required to give professional to incorporate ans do such other work relating to proposed incorporation on behalf of promoters of the company.
