22 October 2017 Dear Sir,

Payment of late fee paid on returns filed after due dates the late fee paid will be refunded. if we get refund what we can do.

22 October 2017 No more notification for above said way of Refund.... So, wait on further notification.... I don't know exactly it's related. But, one of our great expert Mr Amol S Joglekar Sir said it ll waived... So, wait on further notifications...

23 October 2017 I also agrred with Amol Sir..... Penalty will be waived because penalty was due to GST site technical error.....

23 October 2017 No one paid Penalty....!!! Last month and before you said all area "The late fee is waived"..... Last two weeks you said "not waived, give petition" Now, Again says "It's waived"....!!! ???????????????????????????!!!

24 October 2017 yeah.... We are not direct executive by govt... If assuming then notify it... Bcoz, all are waiting for the refund... In case it's wrong or can't get refund... So, don't be giving confirmation without notifications....
