My client has a Two different PAN Card, please let me know any issue there.
Still he used to only one PAN for Return filing.

10 April 2016 It is wise to surrender the other PAN which is not in use to the concerned AO , coz It is an offence attracting penalty U/s 272B if it is satisfied by the Dpt that the client is knowingly holding 2 PANs.

10 April 2016 Advice him to surrender the other PAN card. Holding 2 PAN cards is an offence under IT Act liable for penalty of Rs 10,000.

10 April 2016 UTI & NSDL are also send a letter in English & Hindi language that Possessing or using more than one PAN is against law and may attract penalty of upto Rs. 10,000/- with bold font.

11 April 2016 Sir, One more questoin regarding TDS,, My client received notice of Late Interest Payment after 3rd Quarter Correction Return, He also paid TDS Interest on 30st Mar.2016. Now i have to add this Challan on Traces as " Add Challan to Statement ", but my challans not showing there even my challans showing at Oltas List,,Sir I am very confused what i do?

20 April 2016 Check the bank ac see the amount is debited in the ac. Check the challan status through TIN-NSDL website. If you could verify the challan wait for some time there will be some delay in updation.
