Regarding pan

we have converted the pvt. ltd. company to LLP on 10/02/2014. now the question is that how can we get the PAN of LLP. as per the NSDL we first surrender the PAN of Company then apply for PAN of LLP. if we surrender the PAN of Company then how can we file the return of Company separately. or file the ITR of LLP combine with the transaction of company. what can we do.

When is ur company converted to LLP??
If it is between the Financial year then u hv to file ITR for both the CO. & LLP.
Suppose u hv converted on say 10th of Oct, then till 9th of Oct. the ITR will b of PVT LTD, & after that i.e, till 31st of March it will b of LLP.
& u hv to apply for a new PAN or Change in status of the PAN....
