Regarding new moa & aoa

If there is any change in MOA & AOA of the Company as per New Companies Act, as i read somewhere that there will be no division further division of object clause in ancillary and other objects.Is there any change in this please kindly answer this...

a) Main object, ancillary object and other object is possible as per Companies Act,2013.
b) For Chit/ Kuri comapnies, 'other objects' are not permitted in 1956 and 2013 act as well.

There is no changes in MOA format under new Companies Act, 2013, it is adopted same.
