Can Diwali, Holi etc. covered in national holiday?

search it on google its too common question .......... for this yes both holidays as mentioned above are national holiday

It is cleared that AGM can't be held on 2nd oct, 15th august, 26th jan as these are national holiday

“National Holiday” means Republic Day i.e. 26th January, Independence Day i.e. 15th August, Gandhi Jayanti i.e. 2nd October and such other day as may be declared as National Holiday by the Central Government.
In case of an annual general meeting, the day should be one that is not a National Holiday. An extraordinary general meeting can however be held on any day
