Regarding name of the firm

One of the proprietory concern tax audit file is closed in 07/13. Now again he wants to start the proprietory business with the same name. can he do like that or not? please suggest me. This is a Telecom distribution business. And at the time of closing of previous business, he closed his VAT License also.

Yes in case of prop bsuiness as pan will be same.
