24 October 2012 Will somebody please help me with uploading itr4s, i have validated the file and generated the xml. file but i dont get the option of itr4s while uploading at the incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in . please help!

24 October 2012 If you not get the option of itr-4s then such type of assessee is not eligible for file ITR-4S or for such selected assessment year no choice of ITR-4S. So please let me know type of assessee etc...

24 October 2012 So for your case ITR-4s not available. Because of ITR-4S option available only to the Individuals and Huf assessees.

24 October 2012 You should file itr-5 only because of for Partnership firm ITR-5 specially specified.
