Dear sir I have to file itr4, I work as medical consultant to eveready industries I don't receive anything as salary, but they pay me professional fee based on number of visits to company. They pay me at the end of the month. they have given me 16a in which they mentioned 194j means paid as professional fee. I don't have any other income. Kindly help me in filing itr4 with one filled form as example.

Download ITR 4 from E filing website. Select the schedules applicable to you. Go to Profit and loss account and fill th income and fill the expenses. Go to balance sheet fill the bank balance and fill the same amount in capital ac. Retrieve previous return filed address. This will get you TDS details also. When you save it it will show the error correct the error. Ask for any doubt during the filing.
