My question related to my business so sir we are supplier of sand , bolder and other construction material . and for this we using my truck, 7 other vehicle for collecting and delivered the same .

so for using vehicle we make maintenance, related expenses.

so can i Claim ITC on the same regular repair and maintenance ??

but one side our CA told to us ITC not available and this is running cost .

so what is the correct treatment .

and due to this we only pay GST at the time of Sales bills and not Taken ITC at the time of repair , purchase of tyre etc .

15 June 2020 ITC available on truck purchase and repairs and maintenance and change of tyre, as truck is used for business.
