03 July 2015 Dear sir,

IF date of booking in form 26as is after march 31st of financial year, should I include it in the same financial year while filing my IT returns or should i include it in the next financial year. Please help in this regard

03 July 2015 I am working as doctor at occupational health centre of eveready industries ltd karnataka.After deducting tds of january, february, and march of 2015, they booked the tds (that is date of booking in 26as) of all three months in the april instead of booking the tds in the very next month.They deducted tds of december and booked it the january but for the next 3 months they delayed the booking and booked all three months tds in april.since financial year ends in march ,shall I include it in same financial year while filing IT returns or in the next financial year.

03 July 2015 then u need to take only that amount which is reflected in your 26 AS deducted as on 31.3.2015 and the balance tds deducted for march but was deposited in april must be taken credit in next year when it will be reflected in fy 15-16
