Respected sir,
I want to know, can a CA having COP eligible to keep Industrial trainee, if he is doing job in company

Hi
Industrial training can be performed in financial, commercial, industrial undertakings with minimum fixed assets of Rs.1 crore; or minimum total turnover of Rs.10 crore; or minimum paid–up share capital of Rs.50 lakhs; or such other institutions or organization as may be approved by the Council from time to time.
So if your organisation is approved then you can give Industrial Training.

No CA firms are allowed to keep only Articles for articleship training. Industrial training is given by various industries and that is in the form of employee and not as a student so that the student can be absorbed by the same company after he clears CA Final.
