20 December 2012 Sir, please tell me the procedure for incorporation of section 25 companies step by step and also which form should be submitted to ROC for same.

21 December 2012 thanks a lot sir for your valuable guide sir i have one doubt is form 24A should be filed or not..and in how many days form 24 A should be filed after name approval.

and how much fees be charged by roc in whole procedure.

and can you provide me attachment format regarding supporting documents.

21 December 2012 All is provided in above mentioned file. Form-24A is not required because the duties is transfered to ROC.
