Regarding income tax on the agriculture income ay 2016-17

My Query on the Agriculture Income That i am file the Income Tax Return for FY 2015-16 and my income from salary is 144000 and i also show the Agriculture Income. in the calculation of Gross Total Income i show both Agri. Income & Salary income below the 2,50,000 to avoid the penalty.

Not taxable as salary income is below taxable limit.
