PLEASE SUGGEST ME ON THIS TOPIC
I HAVE TWO PROPERTY IN MY NAME AND I WANT TO SALE ONE PROPERTY FROM THE TWO AND BUY NEW ONE RECEIVING THE SALE CONSIDERATION. IS I LIABLE TO CAPITTAL GAIN. PLEASE SUGGEST ME IN THE PERIOD AS LONG CAPITAL GAIN AND SHORT TERM CAPITAL GAIN.

if you held that property more than 36 months your property is long term and capital gain attract on your sale of property
