if standard rent is Rs.11000 per month and actual rent received is Rs.10000 per month,what amount will be taken as GAV for the purpose of house property income.

I do agree with Mr Tilak the reason for the same as standard rent is the rent is concetual rent and the actual rent is real one and it would be taken in to conideration
