Dear friends,
I have one query about home loan that recently i constructed a house with money borrowed from my relatives,because of interest burden is high now i want to take a home loan.shall i eligible to take home loan after construction also? if possible, shall i claim deductions under sections 80c, 80EE, 24(B). And what are the required documents for taking home loan to the addition of last 2 years ITRs.

You will be able to claim deduction u/s 24(b) only,
Deduction u/s 80C & 80EEE is not available.

Hi,
Registration is though compulsory, however if you satisfy Make payment & get possession then it is also considered as sale of property as per Transfer of Property Act. However Bank will require complsory registration

Every bank has their own list of docs.
As mentioned they will require Reg. copy of agreement & your income and Address proof.
