15 April 2010 A manufacturer who purchase goods from Other State against Form C

In his application for CST registration he has given the manufacturing product as Cable Terminals but failed to clearly mention the raw material (Copper Sheets) which is used for manufacturing Cable Terminal

Can this dealer obtain Form C for Copper Sheets? Since cable terminal can be manufactured by using Copper Sheets only
Is there any case law to support the dealer?

28 April 2010 Yes, but before that you need to amend your central registration certificate accordingly by filing an amendment application before Auth.
