whether Chartered Accountant DSC is mandatory or nor to file Form-32 as per companies Ac2013

In companies act, 2013, form DIR.12 is to be filed in place of form 32.
Practicing CA or CS or CWA is authorised to certify the particulars of form DIR.12.
