regarding final eligibility

One of my friend lost in his Pcc group 1 and have to write it again in Nov 2010.. His articles is getting over by Aug end... when is he eligible to write his Final... he was very confident.. i heard sometime back one has to have 6months gap to write his final exam from his pcc results.. is tat true.. can he write in May 2011 or its Nov 2011.. please explain me clearly... if he would have cleared his exam in his previous attempt he would have been eligible for Nov 10 for final...

As u asked for the eligibility for Nov., 2010 for Final I would like to say that your friend is eligible for that provided he has joined Final Course before filling of the examination form and has completed GMCS Course. If there is any delay then please think about the May, 2011 attempt.
