i Have A query Regarding Filling Form MGT-14 for appointment of first auditor in board meeting

in the above case is it require to file MGT-14 to Roc.

MGT 14 is required to be filed in case of appointment of internal auditor & secretarial auditor and not for Statutory Auditor
