Regarding filing of gst 3b form

02 September 2017 i have already filed GSTR 3B for the month of july. but when i opend the site to file GSTR 1 it is still showing the option to prepare and file the GSTR 3B form. also in the profile it is showing "pending active verification". so please tell me what to do ? is there any penalty for late filing the form.?

03 September 2017 No penalty os charged for GSTR-3B now. File it using EVC.
