Respected sir,
We are manufacture of HDPE Non-Woven Sacks Bags and HDPE Fabrics both products we are sale to customer. but HDPE bags make from HDPE Fabrics, this fabrics use in plat for HDPE Bags, it is captive consumption or not
please tell me,and what this consumption is excise duty free.

Production of Fabric and use of the same to make bags amounts to Captive consumption. Let me know your turnover and the CETH under which you are clearing the goods.
