Regarding discontinue ca course

26 October 2015 Dear all experts,

I have completed 8 months of articleship (through Direct Entry Scheme). Due to personal reasons I want to drop/stop doing this course.

But my principal is not signing the relieving letter/termination form.

I have to do job for some reasons. He is not giving termination as I am only the article there.

Please help/advice on the same.

26 October 2015 Dear Rahul, the solution is very simple.Since you are not completed one year,no restriction can be imposable for first year of articleship. Hence, please fill up form 109 along with a resignation letter to your principal.Please send it to regional office of ICAI. The regional office is to be decided as per your place of living.

I want to know further if he refuses to sign the same then what Can I do

Secondly, will ICAI accept my Form 109 without sign

27 October 2015 Sir, I have requested him to sign the letter for discontinuation.He was telling that I will not sign the form You have to work here as Form 102 was signed for three years.

I want to know when Can I take my resignation from ICAI, whether article has any right to discontinue the course or not.

Please give the possible solution.

27 October 2015 Article have the right but CA approval is must... So try to conveinece him...
