for example i wish to take direct entry to CS Executive course in a year in the month of Feb. & my graduation will complete in july that year...my que is if i will be able to giv both groups of CS Exe. in Dec that year if i present THE graduation degree to ICSI in August ?

yes you can able to give both groups in Dec.10 if you have done provisional regestration.
