Regarding commencment date of articles

I registered under direct entry scheme in 3rd sep 2012 but commenced articles in 24th jan 2013

I completed my orientation in 13th jan 2013 and ITT in 17th march 2013
because of my itt completion date they changed my commenement date from 24th jan 2013 to 18th mar 2013
but in my commencment letter they clearly mentioned that "HE/ she reqired to complete their itt and OT on or before MAY 31ST' then y they are changing my articles commencement date?

15 September 2014 because the condition to start articleship is that you complete ITT and OTP before starting articleship

15 September 2014 as per ICAI rules based on my reg date they extendedd ITT completion date to 31st dec 2013
for example if I completed my ITT on 31st DEC 2013 then they will change my date of commenement from 24th jan 2013 to 31st dec 2013 ?

16 September 2014 you should check out with ICAI on this as the notification has not clarified about the impact on articleship start date.
