Regarding changing of ca in first year of articleship??

04 December 2015 Can I have the right to change CA in first year of articleship?? Is CA have any right to stop me?? If CA is not sign Form 109....then in that case what should I do.Can I get any remedy regarding this situation?? Please answer as early as possible..

04 December 2015 Before using the word like "RIGHT", I would request you to please go through form 102 viz Articles of apprenticeship...which you have signed in a state of sound mind. Isn't it?

Please go through the same and come back with your specific query. Please remove the feeling, if any, of having a birth right of transfer in first year.

Do it diligently. Handle it delicately. Don't forget, one day or other you want to join this elite yet noble fraternity of CA. ok?

05 December 2015 The question of "like" and "dislike" of nature of CA was appropriate before signing the form 102, and not now. (Good that you shared the same in strict confidence, but the same is NOT acceptable to ICAI)

So, come a step backward....ask some GENTLE yet senior person to have a word with your CA and try to get rid of the situation AMICABLE.

As I said in my earlier reply, DO NOT CONSIDER transfer AS YOUR BIRTH RIGHT. Do it softly and gently.

05 December 2015 Be submissive..... Your parents speak the language you teach them... Dont do that. Tell me what is your father? What is your mother?

Please understand, do NOT take it as your birth RIGHT. Be polite, be gentle, be submissive with your CA. Keep yourself in a back seat.

(Your turn will come once you get through the CA final exam, ok? Wait till that.) It is long way to go my dear, hold your breath till that...
