Regarding change of articleship after 1 and half year

My Articleship training started on 12/08/2012 under a CA who is practicing in some other city but not my native place.
I was their to attend the coaching sessions for CA-FINAL. Since the Coaching is complete now. I want to take a transfer under a CA, in my own city as it won't be feasible enough to travel daily to a place 75Kms(approx.) away from my native place.
On what basis can I take the transfer?
My Principal is ready to give the transfer. Please help me out with this problem.
