Dear sir pl help,
if I sale a Property (Land) Rs- 8 Lakh & his circle value is 1.44 Lakh & i want all fund deposit in bank so how can I treat in leagel, should I deposit tax

If you pay capital gains liability over 8 lakhs, no query be raised. Just File ITR 2.....
